For entry into the property, in addition to the monthly package, the following initial fees are charged in the 1st month of rental:

1) Entry fee, non-refundable, referring to the reservation on the website, checking the registration and setting up the contract, which varies from R$250.00 to R$290.00 according to the system of location.

For 100% online rental = BRL 250.00
For rental with face-to-face visit = BRL 290.00

2) Security deposit from R$500.00. Value varies according to property standard and documentation presented, and can reach up to 3x the monthly package. This amount will be credited to your contract and will be deducted from the property's exit expenses. For foreigners, the minimum amount is 1x rental package.

3) R$45.00 fee for electricity for the first 30 days (except in the Evolution and Ambassador Buildings, which already have electricity included in the condominium price).

** **This fee is an estimated collection. At the end of your lease a balance will be made between amounts paid (including this initial R$45.00) and the actual consumption used. The related credit or debit will appear on your final invoice.
